We're calling him Tapeworm until we pick a name.
It's not the perfect profile, but it'll do, it'll do. We think he has a Mathewes nose for sure.
As for names, it seems like we're leaning towards Lucas for a first name now, since Steve really really wants a little boy named Lucas. He was hoping that Lucas could be a youngest son, but since you never really know what God's going to throw at you, we may just have to take the opportunity to use the name now while we're pure-as-Ivory-soap-sure that it's a boy this time.
